Late Entries will be accepted up till Sunday the 25th January 2009, but only for events that are not full. No new events or heats will be created for any Late entries.

Excerpt from the Track ROC, concerning progression to finals for heat events.
2 heats - 1st, 2nd & 3rd placing plus next 2 fastest times shall proceed to final
3 heats - 1st & 2nd placing plus next 2 fastest times shall proceed to final
4 heats - 1st & 2nd in each heat
5 heats or more - heat winners plus next fastest times to fill 8 lanes shall proceed to final
