All Zone entries must be submitted to the Zone computer offince in Electronic format, by Sunday 18th Dec 2011.
Once all
of the Zone entries have been submitted. Please check them for
accuracy with the entries from this site, or the printed Program

Late
Entries may be accepted up till 3 weeks before the carnival date, but
only for events that are not full.
No new events or heats will be created for
any Late entries.
